Remember Patrick, Rosemary's grand nephew who broke his thigh bone and for whom we were praying each week? He is now walking and running, though with a slight limp which will disappear shortly. He sleeps in the arms of his mom, Kelly, and his dad, Brian. He is worn out chasing his 6 cousins.

There are houses where trees crashed through the roof, through the ceiling, and landed on the floor of the house. This while 18 inches of rain fell in an hour.
Dick Thompson's daughter, Teri Jill, and Judy's aging parents & daughter of her best friend, Mekala; Barb & Warren's grandbabies, Leighton Elizabeth and Warren Phillip and Ethan Michel, & their friend Chris, plus Barb's dad & niece & Annie & Kyler; Tom and Teresa Quinn's niece, Chawna, with cancer, plus Neva Flynn, Angel, and Diane Kreeitzer; Connie Doherty's mom and her sister, plus Kevin's cousin, Peter; for Mary Ellen & her Margaret, Jim, & Christopher; for our friends, sons, and daughters in the military, including Ryan McClurg and Chebino; cure for autism from Laura Chollick; for our President that he have great success and someday hold his grandchildren in his lap.
While other, younger trees were falling down, this grandfather live oak of ca 500 years, was surviving.
This plaque tells the story of the grandfather live oak.

Just in case you like to feed the ducks and pigeons… Sign at the entrance to the community of Hilton Head Plantation. The numerous man made lagoons often have a resident. One stopped bike and walking traffic on a bike path I was using one nice winter afternoon. They love to sun bathe.
