 Monday;  John Cade's mother in law, Kalliopi Piskiouli, who broke her hip/leg again just after the 3 of them returned from Greece;  Dawn Schultz at home with double pneumonia;  D'Arcy Drescher diagnosed with Lupus;  Irene Urbanczyk, Rick's mom in Buffalo, who is just about ready to move to the Other Side, that she do so peacefully; Monica's recent medical deal; Jan's family members who are doing badly & Charlie's brother in law with cancer;  Jean O'Donnell's brother, Louis; Chuck Pratt and his cancer;  

The wedding begins and in the background a large storm was approaching from the north Saturday evening. The storm eventually blackened the sky and it rained during the reception.

 JohnDoherty's dad who is declining rapidly;  Dee's friend Cole, 17, facing brain surgery; Dick Thompson's daughter, Teri Jill & her cousin Terri.  Barb & Warren's new grandbaby, Leighton Elizabeth, and their friends, Mike & Tara;   Judy Carrell's friend, Matt Larson with cancer,David and Sue, her sister & Sue's  husband, Jim;  Alexander Occhipinti;  Rita

Gracious God inspire us with the hope in the gift of shalom, the gift of wholeness and the promise of your presence.

Give wisdom to seek nonviolence as an answer to the violence of our lives and world.

Give us courage to seek wholeness in a fractured and divided world, to find reconciliation rather than revenge, to abandon the instruments of violence and death and entrust our lives, our homes and our families to you.

May your presence fill us and others with the thirst for unity, wholeness, and the desire to see all people valued as created in your image.

May we and others receive your shalom, that we might be faithful instruments of your love.

Blessed be your name forever,

These 4 riders rode from AZ and we met them at a convenience store just outside Council Bluffs, the town where the ride started last Sunday morning. I never saw them again in the crowd.
