    1. Love for the Kids picnic, December 12.  Book it.  Bill will have a signup sheet.  This is a great event for underprivileged kids, hundreds of them.                                                                                                                                            
    2. Services of Hope, 6540 Victoria Ave. Dallasstill want to help out with serving the less fortunate at Thanksgiving, like we used to do at the church? Book the Saturday before Thanksgiving, November 21.  More info the upcoming Sundays at Sigler.                                                                                                                                                  
    3. Christmas boxes for military people overseas.  More explanation at Sunday Masses.   See attachment for items to include.       1. Reconciliation service.
      2. The homily will be one of the guys from Souls Harbor sharing his journey to recover from hitting the bottom.

    World Autism Awareness Day & Our Mass:

      

    The United Nations has declared April 2, 2010 World Autism

    Awareness Day, with the goal of increasing and developing

    world knowledge of autism.  This Sunday, March 21st, we will be reading special prayers and poems for the children and families affected by this condition.  We will have a table, sitting in front of the altar, for photographs of these children.

     For those who don’t have a decent Bible or a book of the readings, here are two links that I use,

    The difference?  The first is Protestant more or less, and the second is officially Catholic and has the 12 little books in between the O.T. & N.T., called Deuterocanonical or Apocrypha.
