When the decorations of Christmas have been packed away then the work of Christmas begins:

Lord, help us

to find the lost,
to heal those broken in spirit,
to feed the hungry,
to release the oppressed,
to rebuild the nations,
to bring peace among all peoples,
and to make a little music with the heart…

1. Surgery at Dallas Presby, 12/28  to take the pinch off of my spinal nerve which sent pain from my derriere all the way to my right foot & arch.
2. the only pain now comes from the incision. which itches.
