Sunday Mass Reminder for November 4, 2007, 31st of the Year

Mass: Sunday, 9:30; coffee, donuts, home made muffins, & juice on the house.

Place: Vines High School on 15th between Custer & Independence.

Readings: Special All Saints Mass of Remembrance using Sunday’s readings with 2 poems during the celebration. Therefore: Wisdom 11, 22-12, 2; 2 Thessalonians 1, 11-2, 2; Luke 19, 1-10 (Zacheus).  See links for poems.

Community Bulletin Board 

November 4, Sunday Mass of Remembrance, i.e., remembering family members & friends no longer with us, tying it in with the All Saints feast.  Bring a picture a little early and place it on the display.

Thanks to all of you who volunteered to drive those from the CCAC going for mammograms this Saturday.  We have all the ladies covered.

Tree Project update: maybe in December we will plant 100 or so trees at the new facility of Collin Co. Child Advocacy Center, Park & Los Rios.  Waiting to hear from them.

    Hi Everyone,

    Enjoy Lunch at Amoretto’s on Friday, May 3rd at 12:30. We will be dining on an Italian lunch. The food is very good and very reasonable.  Lunch includes a great salad and wonderful garlic rolls.

    I discovered this restaurant about 8 months ago and we have been back 5 times and never disappointed. It gets even better, it is a BYOB.  Please join us for a fun lunch. I do have to make reservations. This is a small restaurant. Please let me know if you can come.

    The United Nations has declared April 2, 2010 World Autism

    Awareness Day, with the goal of increasing and developing

    world knowledge of autism.  On Sunday, March 21st, we will be

    reading special prayers and poems for the children and families

    affected by this condition.  We will have a table, sitting in

    front of the altar, for photographs of these children.

    a little over a week and it’s medical checkout.  He loves
