    Lombar stenosis update: after a month of trying physical therapy
    & pain meds without any improvement, back surgery is scheduled for Dec. 28, a laminectomy and a discectomy (technically speaking).  Says Rosemary, "About time.  This has just been an excuse for getting out of household chores!"
