    December 10, last Saturday, thanks to the large number of our people who helped with the Love for Kids Christmas Party in Flower Mound for handicapped kids.   It was a beautiful & touching event.

    I talked to the President of Love for Kids, Todd Van Galen, and he shared with me the following information:

     

    Number of Kids =                                      2800 to 3000

    Number of Volunteers =                           850 (35 from Vines)

    Number of Buses=                                     60 plus 12 Va

    Number of Coats given out =                   850 (by the CPA Society)

    Number of Hot Dogs consumed=           4500

    Number of Kids Lost=                               NON

     They are always looking for Leaders that can take a role before, during and after the event and if anyone is interested call Todd Van Galen at 214-557-2721.

    There should be another picnic in the spring. I'll let everyone know.
